Does your products support the Windows Operating systems, such as Windows Vista?
All of our software versions support Windows Vista. If you are using an older version of the product, please contact your sales representative or send us an email to sales@dalttg.com to order the new version. DALT Technology Group software supports the following operating systems: Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows Vista 64-bit

What license activation options are available?
Activating single computer licenses for each installation of SCALP ™ 1.0, Student Tracker ™ 2.0, CAPS ™ 1.0 or TruCount ™ 1.0 .
Obtaining DigitalPersona Devices with software installation licenses (available for all customers).

Are there any discounts for academic institutions?
DALT Technology Group does not provide discounts for academic institutions.
Is there any money back guarantee?
DALT Technology Group provides 30 days money back guarantee. DALT Technology Group will refund payment, excluding shipping expenses, if customer would like to return software “without any questions”. In defect cases shipping expenses will be also refunded.

General questions about our products and using them
Is there a way to start identification process automatically when a person puts his/her finger on the scanner?
All of our products offer automatic scanning support of fingerprints. In addition, only TruCount ™ offers on-the-fly registration support of fingerprints.
Is it possible to store fingerprint template to smartcard?
Yes, it is possible, because the size of fingerprint template could be configured to 150 bytes.
Is it possible to use multiple sensors on one PC with your products?
It is possible to use multiple U.are.U scanners on one PC with all of our products.
Are your fingerprint identification products able to edit fingerprint minutiae?
Our Products are intended for biometrics (access control, login etc.), not for criminalistics, therefore these products do not contain such specific tools as manual minutiae/other features edition.
